1. Use of Service

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure.

You may not use ModSafe for illegal activities or to process unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend abusive accounts.

Each plan includes a monthly request limit. Exceeding limits may temporarily restrict access.

All payments are handled as per our Refund Policy. No refunds for partially used plans.

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content.

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
